Inspiring Impactful Change

ABOUT
Making Change Possible
Founded by Alexander Kush at just 16 years old, this nonprofit began with a simple belief: no family should be denied the chance to save their loved one because of money.
Today, Lettuce Hope has evolved into a dedicated intervention fund. We partner directly with professional interventionists to ensure families in crisis have access to life-saving support. When families cannot afford the full cost of an intervention, we step in to cover the gap, turning desperation into action, and action into recovery.
At Lettuce Hope, we stand with families at the most urgent crossroads. We believe in second chances, the power of intervention, and the right of every individual to receive help before it’s too late. Together with our donors and partners, we make interventions possible, because every life is worth saving.
